The Henricksons have owned property in Oak Creek Canyon for 20 years and permanently relocated to Sedona in 1996.

Previous experience as an interior designer and business owner for 15 years gives her the edge over others.  In fact, it was a design client that requested that she obtain a Real Estate License in order to assist them in purchasing new homes. While living in Beijing China for 3 years she started a new business called China Friend which utilized both her Design and Real Estate skills.  While in China the study of Feng Shui earned her the title of Master of Geomancy. 
    

    
Dave grew up in Phoenix, attended West High and then Arizona State University, where he earned his BS in Engineering and an MBA.  As a boy, Dave came to Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon to enjoy this wonderful area.  In the 1980s, he achieved his dream when he bought property in the canyon.  Dave and his wife Rosemary now enjoy helping others fulfill their dreams--be it a red rock view, a quiet place in Oak Creek Canyon or a ranch in the Verde Valley.

After 30 years with Motorola, Dave retired as the Director of Motorola University in Beijing, China.  While at Motorola, Dave practiced and taught the fundamental beliefs of Constant Respect for People and Uncompromising Integrity. Dave brings his business principles and understanding of technology to the changing way that real estate is bought and sold.  “Technology and the Internet are important tools ; however, nothing will replace the need for a realtor with integrity and understanding. “
